With Buddha's Help

I am running with 30 computer/tablets, library shelves and books plus a playground in my sight. In Yangon with the city2surf only 3 weeks away I am having fun being motivated to train.  The humidity knocks my socks so it is indoor training for me. 

I couldn't verify this but Shewdagon Pagoda, Yangon, Myanmar, must have the most number of Budda statues in the world.

EchoStars should do a meditation trip - they all look so serene.

Buddha after Buddha after Buddha. The impact of this site has to be experienced.
Through the British, war, upheaval, persecution and poverty, serenity seems to reign supreme. 

Buddha still sits with the British gone and the message is still quietly the same. To sit and be peaceful and loving of self and others. So simple. No life complications. Just find your own inner peace and all else follows. Non violence, non confrontational; just a place under the Banyan tree to sit quietly and contemplate the Divine reality of creation – of you God made man. I think Jesus might have been a Buddhist also.
