Schools have closed across Bangladesh for Ramadan.
Term closed with the art competition and a selection posted here arrived for me today. Their drawings speak to me of the students ever smiling faces and happy dispositions. I look forward to the end of year cultural show which is always so colourful and filled with extraordinary talent and a reflection of many hours rehearsals.
With great serendipity these drawings are the perfect way to send thanks to the Rotary Club of Berrima District that presented Rose Figtree (me) with an EchoStars donation of $1000 for our beautiful Stars. Let these colourful icons of happiness be giftwrapped thanks to the Berrima Club.
