The Stars are ready to Shine Bright

EchoBeat was a wonderful day, with perfect weather and lots of supporters there to make the day a success. I was actually overwhelmed with offers to help and want to thank everyone who pitched in to lighten the load.  As if by magic all the closing down work was completed in a blink of an eye. What a relief!

At the risk of being over bearing but we must keep the fires burning, we have launched a Christmas Appeal on this site: so if you're in the Christmas spirit and want to give to our delightful young Stars this site makes it supper easy as you can donate via Credit Card very easily.

For direct deposits to EchoStars bank account please email info@echostars.org for our account details.  I was publishing these on line but have been told it is not a good idea to do so with the stupid hackers etc that have infiltrated the web.

The concert under the Oak was a delight with Keva Abotomy and Kirsty Clancy signing songs from the Music Man. I only realized after the event that an old favourite of mine 'Lida Rose' was from the Music Man. A bit of a segway but if you like this sort of thing here is the link to Andy Williams singing it with the debut of the Osmonds.

The very very young Osmonds here remind me of our lovely innocents at BrightStars that are preparing for their annual Cultural Concert. If you happen to be in Dhaka you're more than welcome to attend.
